Child Safety Standards

Magntc is for adults only. These are WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to everyone who uses Magntc and to everything shared on it.

Zero tolerance

We prohibit, without exception:

anyone under 18 using Magntc;
child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — creating, sharing, requesting or linking to it;
grooming, or any attempt to contact, solicit, entice or exploit a minor;
sexualising minors in any way, including in text, images or "role play";
sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of a child.

How we enforce it

Age. Every member must give a date of birth showing they are 18 or over before they can use Magntc, and the app refuses anyone younger. Anyone we believe is under 18 is removed.
Photos. Every profile photo is checked by an automated safety filter and, where needed, a person, before anyone else can see it.
Reports. Every profile and conversation has a Report option, with a category for content involving a minor. These reports are reviewed first, by a person.
Action. We remove the content and permanently ban the account, keep the evidence the law requires, and report it to the relevant authorities — in India through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, and elsewhere to the authority the law of that country designates, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.
Cooperation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigating child exploitation, under valid legal process (Law Enforcement Guidelines).

If a child is in immediate danger: call your local emergency number — 112 in India.
