Magntc Community Guidelines

Magntc works because the people here are real, respectful and honest. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can get content removed and accounts suspended or banned.

Be real

Adults only. Everyone on Magntc is 18 or over. Anyone under 18, and any content involving a minor, is removed and reported to the authorities.

Be yourself. Use your own recent photos and your real first name. Don't impersonate another person, a public figure or a brand. No fake profiles, and one account per person.

Be respectful

Consent, always. No means no, and silence isn't yes. Don't send sexual messages or images to someone who hasn't asked for them. Don't pressure anyone.

No harassment or threats. Don't threaten, intimidate, stalk, or keep contacting someone who has stopped replying. Don't try to find out where someone is, or follow them.

No hate. Nothing that attacks or demeans people for who they are — race, ethnicity, caste, religion, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or anything else.

Respect privacy. Don't share other people's photos, messages, phone numbers, addresses or anything else private. Posting screenshots of private conversations elsewhere is a violation.

Keep it safe and legal

You must not post, share or send anything that:

• is sexual, obscene or pornographic, including nudity on profiles;
• is paedophilic, or sexualises or endangers a child in any way;
• is shared without the consent of the person in it, including intimate images;
• harasses, threatens, defames or invades the privacy of anyone, or promotes violence, self-harm or terrorism;
• is hateful, or promotes enmity between groups;
• impersonates anyone, or deliberately misleads — including false information you know to be false;
• is a scam, asks for money, gifts, financial details or crypto, or promotes products, services, other apps or links;
• offers or solicits sexual services, prostitution or escorting;
• promotes illegal activity, including drugs, weapons or gambling;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• contains viruses or malicious code, or tries to break or abuse Magntc;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order; or
• is otherwise unlawful where you are.

Meet safely

Tell someone where you're going, meet in public, and use Safe Date check-ins. You can leave any meeting at any time. Read our Safety page before you meet anyone.

Report and block

Every profile and conversation has Report and Block. Blocking is immediate, and lasts until you undo it. Reports go to a person on our moderation team, and never tell the other person who reported them. Reports involving a minor, or a risk to someone's safety, are handled first.

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit how visible an account is, suspend it for a period, or ban it permanently — and, where the law requires or someone is at risk, report it to the authorities. We tell you what we decided and why where we can, and you can appeal (see our Terms of Service, section 6). The safety of others comes first.
